Fragile!
I was excited to dump all of my plastic leftover containers- these bowls are the perfect size for pretty much everything- thought they were great. However, they break if you look at them wrong. We have gotten other glass containers (that come in a range of sizes) from Crate and Barrel that are made of much thicker glass and are great- but these are awful- we have 2 left out of our original 12.

Great for Lunch
These are the perfect serving since for leftovers. The glass bowl goes into the microwave at work and viola--refreshed homemade meal. It is much better than microwaving in plastic, which is proving harmful in some cases.

Awesome product!
I received these bowls as a ahower gift and LOVE them! They are the perfect size and very nice quality. I actually ordered a second set, and have even been using them to store loose craft supplies, like beads. Very nice!

great for splitting
Just as the description says--stackable, portable, perfect size for leftovers. Great refrigerator storage. I thought 12 was too many, so I split the package with my sister and we each kept six. I use them all the time.

Just the ticket!
I was looking for serving style storage bowls to store leftovers for a quick lunch later in the week. The bowls are perfect. Clear so you can see the contents and easy to put in the toaster oven at a low temp to have a lunch ready when we come in from working outside. They also store nicely in my cupboard when not in use. Lids are dishwasher safe in the top shelf. They are "just the ticket". Great shipping price as well. Arrived on time and packed perfectly!!

Glass Storage Bowls with lids
I like this product because it fulfills the need for small storage for everyday use and the fact that its glass eliminates the problem of staining and retained odor from food that occurs with plastic storage containers. This is an excellent product.

They look pretty in my fridge.
I don't put plastic in the microwave, so these bowls are wonderful for my family.
1) They are the perfect size for a single serving
2) They are nice looking in the fridge, and clear so you can see inside.
3) The lids don't make it through the dishwasher all the time, but they sell replacement lids inexpensively so it's ok!

these are great! I use them all the time because they are a great size for leftover, lunch, etc.
pro tip: you can write on glass with a sharpie and it washes off when you're done. I like to label and date what's inside

Great Leftover Dishes
These are great leftover dishes that clean up nicely. I would have given them a 5 star, but just because I wish you could microwave with the lids on. DO NOT leave the lids on the bowls in the microwave because it will ruin them. BUT the directions do say the lid is not microwave safe. So.........lesson learned. Otherwise great!

Perfect size for leftovers
These little bowls are the perfect size for leftovers - I use them all the time. They can go in the dishwasher, too, which is always a plus. The only thing I don't like is that the lids aren't microwavable - although it's kind of comical if you forget and leave it in but you won't be able to use that lid again! The bowls stack perfectly and don't topple over even when stacked 6 high.

Great multi-use glass containers!
We love these! We use them for leftovers, lunches, dry food and snack storage, refrigerator items, etc. We love using glass food containers instead of plastic and these are light enough to take to work for lunches.

Great but lids keep getting thrown away
I got these for christmas from my sister. Generally, I really like these; however the lids look too much like every day plastic lids and my husband and mother-in-law keep throwning them away or throw into the recycling bin. I wish the lids were a little more substantial or marked.

Not durable at all
While the concept is great and the price seems right... these bowls are EXTREMELY fragile. They shatter at the slighest touch. I read similar reviews before I bought these bowls and thought that I would be okay. However, I just threw the remaining 4 bowls out this week to avoid cleaning up anymore glass shards from my drawers. Sorry Crate and Barrel, I usually LOVE your products, but you missed the mark on this one.

Cleaner look to your leftovers!
These are perfect to storing leftovers, especially in portion sizes for lunch the next day. I love that they are glass because you don't have to worry about them warping/staining the pay plastic containers do. My one warning is not to microwave your leftovers with the lid on- it will melt!

too thin
I loved the idea behind this product...clear, glass, microwavable, safe, perfect size. I did love them until they broke. I bought 12, and shared with my sister. Now, one year later, instead of having 6, I now have 1. The glass is just too thin. I prefer the working glasses (2 sizes) with the red or white caps.

Favorite C&B purchase to date
While these bowls are more fragile than other glass storage containers I've purchased from C&B, they are my favorite. They are the perfect size and have a tight seal. I love the fact that they are glass, it means they are safe to microwave in, don't get stained, and are easy to clean. I would definitely recommend them.
