Perfect knives!
They go great with the Couture flatware set. I've been to formal dinner parties where you are expected to cut your steak with a butter knife and others where everything is so formal and there are butcher block knives sitting there changing the entire look. These are the perfect solution!!

Look Amazing (and cut great too!!)
When we first received these knives from our wedding registry, my fiancé said, "These don't look very sharp." We used them with grilled chicken breasts the next night and he definitely changed his mind! They cut great, and look very elegant on the table. We have run ours through the dishwasher a few times, and haven't had any problems with rust spots (and hopefully we never do).
I do love these knives though, so I will invest the time to polish them if necessary!

Work well-but potential high maintenance
I was very excited to receive this as a wedding gift. Love the look and fell of all the couture pieces. The knives cut very well. I did notice a similar problem that other reviews have reported regarding the knives both butter and steak developing rust spots. I went to the store and they recommend that you use the MAAS polish on them before use. Which did help alittle but what I found to be most effective was to 1) never let the knives sit wet and 2) when loading in the dishwaher I loaded all the knives together and kept the knives separate from the other pieces spoons, forks etc. I love this set so much it is worth the effort for me.

So chic.
My husband and I purchased these to go with our Couture flatware. I love setting the table with these knives. It looks so much better than just using the knives that came with our knife block. We hand-wash and dry them immediately. Otherwise, they tend to have a few darker spots. I think these are well made and a fantastic purchase.

Awesome purchase
these knives go so well with our flatware that we sometimes mistake them for the other set of butter knives! they are stylish, and cut very well. They dont damage fine china either. great purchase!

Beautiful, sharp steak knives
These knives look wonderful with my Oola cutlery set. They're really sharp - which is great for cutting up your steak, but not so great if you accidentally stab yourself with one while rummaging through the cutlery drawer.
