Worth the Extra $10-$15
This is an awesome timer. Yes, there are much cheaper options out there; I very nearly went with the >$10 magnetic model. I'm so glad I spent the extra money on this little guy, though. The ability to set three timers at once is fantastic. I rarely use all three, but I'm often using at least two when I'm in the kitchen. Basically, having three timers is the difference between thinking, "I should probably time this," and then skipping it because the timer is already in use, and actually timing everything that needs to be timed. It's great. I also love the count-up feature at the end of the timed period - really helpful for short time period items like coffee and tea. While some of the other reviews got me a little concerned about ease of use when I ordered this online, I'm happy to report that it took me and my boyfriend all of 1 minute to figure it out. It's really simple. Definitely a good purchase.

Wonderful timer
This is just what I was looking for. I had one from a competitor and it only had one timer and it didn't measure time increments greater than one hour. This one allows me to monitor more than one item. Easy to set the time and easy to set the timers.

Easy to Use
I love having three timers in one --we use them all quite often. The unit is very intuitive and easy to use, which I really appreciate in this day and age! We've had ours for almost two years and use it constantly with no problems. When ours needs replacing, I'll definitely buy another.

Good for Grilling
My husband loves grilling and every member of the family wants to get the steak with different doneness and the OXO timer always helps him. This is my second timer I bought for him. The first OXO triple timer stopped working since I accidentally dropped it to the floor.

Essentail Kitchen Accesory
We bought two of these timers for gifts and then to have one for ourselves. It is so hard to time more than one item and we were using different devices like the oven timer, our cell phone timers, etc. It is so convenient to have this 3-in-1 timer; my husband, the main cook, loves it!

Terrible timer
This is the worst timer I have ever used. I thought it would be a great product coming from Crate and Barrel because I love all of their items however this is terrible. The clock portion of the timer doesn't work-never tells the correct time and now the timer goes crazy-starts beeping a ton randomly whenever it wants to. I'm taking it back tonight. I've only had it for a couple of months too.

most annoying timer ever
Setting the clock - easy. Figuring out how to set each individual timer - less intuitive but not terrible.
I don't know if mine is defective but after the timer goes off, if I press the wrong button it screeches at me and won't stop until I a) bang it on the counter or b) take out the batteries or c) sometimes it will stop if i press the right combination of random buttons. However in all cases that re-sets the clock to 12:00:00 and freaks out the timer for immediate use. I'm trashing this one and will go back to using my microwave timer.

Great Timer -- But not super loud
Like most of OXO kitchen products, this timer is a great product. I disagree with the other reviewer who complained about setting the clock; it's not a big deal and pretty straightforward. Clear directions are included.
The timer(s) works/work very well (three of them), easy to use and reset, and includes a cool feature that times how long it took you to turn it off (for me, getting up off of couch and back into the kitchen when my cake is done.) Also has "count UP" in addition to "count down" feature.
Its beeping is not as loud as I had hoped, but I'm sure it's loud enough for most people. I'd recommend this timer to any serious cook who prepares more than thing at once.

What Instructions?
The "intuitive programming" did not include instructions for changing the time on the clock. The one I bought is still on Shanghai time, and I don't know how to change it.
