Designed in collaboration with a world-champion bartender, this infuser from Crafthouse infuses beverages with layered essences for unique taste combinations and signature cocktail recipes. To use, add fruits, spices or herbs to the glass container, dividing them with stainless steel separator disks, pour in water, wine, spirits or other beverage to cover, and steep. A built-in strainer on the lid filters out any solids when pouring the resulting infused liquid.
