Smoke adds character and complexity to tried-and-true cocktails, transforming them into something truly special. Designed in collaboration with world-champion bartender Charles Joly, the smoker includes a walnut wood base, clear glass cloche and smoker unit. To start the process place a glassful of your favorite drink on the wood base and cover with the cloche. Add the included applewood chips to the smoker, ignite per instructions, and watch as the dome fills with smoke to impart smoky flavor and aroma. The smoker can also be used to smoke nuts, cheese or other foods.
