The main sharpening process is done by hand on air-cooled ceramic belts, with different techniques applied if necessary for specific knives, repairs or blade-angle requirements. After a prepaid, insured and trackable ship-safe envelope is delivered to your door, simply fill it with seven knives, shears or scissors and mail back to Knife Aid.
