Each coffee maker is handmade and individually tested, with a durable, high-grade metal exterior, glass carafe, and energy-efficient copper heating element that heats water between 196 to 205 degrees for optimal extraction. Nine-hole water outlet arm assures maximum dispersion, while the cone-shaped brew basket is designed for the ideal coffee/water contact time. Clear, calibrated water reservoir is easy to fill. The hot plate heating element will never burn or scorch coffee, holding the temperature between 175 and 185 degrees.
