The smooth sizzler side is perfect for frying up bacon, eggs or fajitas, while the ribbed side imparts seared grill marks on steaks, salmon and veggies. Removable handles latch onto the pan to safely move the grizzler plate in and out of the oven or Ooni pizza oven (sold separately) or onto the included stainless steel trivet for serving.
