The name says it all. This multitasking pan excels at searing, sautéing, browning, stir frying and deep frying. Made of cast iron with a basil green, chip-resistant enamel coating, the all-purpose pan has a wide, angled design allows you to stir without spilling and quartz-infused textured interior enhances browning. Pan includes a half-moon stainless steel rack.
