This amazing pizza oven heats up to 750 degrees to bake pizzas that rival wood-fired pies—in just two minutes. To replicate the effect of a brick oven, the Pizzaiolo uses three types of heat (conductive, radiant and convective) controlled by an Element IQ system that intuitively creates the optimum baking environment for perfectly cooked pizzas. Use the pre-set cooking functions to bake authentic wood-fired, New York-style, pan, bar-style, thin crust, crust-only and frozen pizzas. You can also use the manual mode to customize the oven functions by controlling deck and top temperatures and selecting which heating elements are in operation.
