Moist
These cupcakes are seriously amazing. the mix is easy to use and make. the cupcakes are super moist and are the best box mix i've used. i don't use box mixes that often but the coconut cupcakes are superior to other store bought mixes. I highly recommend it.

Fantastic!
Best packaged mix I've ever used! Delicious, moist, and seemed like they came from some high-end bakery and a professional chef. I will be buying more...people think I am such an amazing baker, thanks to this mix.

Totally Awesome
Yummy! The moistest cupcake I ever ate and they look beautiful when they are done. My friends ate them up very quickly! They didn't stay on the cupcake stand very long!

Skip the coconut on top
The cupcake was delicious and the frosting light and fluffy and a perfect compliment. The coconut on top was dry and gross though and I would skip that step next time or buy fresh coconut if so desired.

Fantastic
This is the BEST Coconut cupcake I've ever had. It was easy to make and tasted fantastic! I made them for a brunch and there was nothing but crumbs left!
