Great gift
I received this brie baker as a gift and I abosutely love it. I love to make brie as an appetizer for entertaining and this brie baker makes it easy to try out a number of recipes without the mess. I can also put the recipe together ahead of time and either keep it in the fridge or take it along with us if we are going to a friends. I would definitely recommend it.

Great Gift!
Bought this brie baker and all the fixings for a Yankee Swap this Christmas. It was a huge hit! The woman who ended up with it said she absolutely loves using it. The brie comes out of the oven creamy and delicious. A great gift for entertainers.

One of my best gifts!
I have used this almost every time we have entertained! I have always loved serving baked brie, but with this piece it allows you to a bake a little longer, and contain the melted brie without spillage!

Great gift
As with all Crate & Barrel products I've purchased this is elegant and easy to use. Brie is perfectly warmed and can be served on the same platter. Love the included recipe.

The Perfect Item for Entertainers
I love making baked Brie; however, (previous to receiving this product) had always assumed it had to be wrapped in puff pastry to turn out right--this Brie baker shattered that myth.
The baker not only allows for perfect, gooey Brie without the pastry, but it also goes from oven to table and looks great! The recipe included is delicious...I also recently baked by cutting the top rind off, and mixing melted orange honey with fresh raspberries and blackberries...it was delicious!
The baker allows room for a thicker layer of "extras" on top than my puff pastry recipe--so it is great! This allows for a wonderful appetizer that is so easy and quick to make!

Excellent Gift
I purchased the brie baker for my mom. We have a little group of friends that get together for wine tasting and lots of talk. In the group, we take turns on who is going to bring the baked brie. I've been looking for the perfect dish to bake and display the brie. This is it! It goes from oven to table, the brie bakes perfectly, and it is stylish. I will be ordering this for each of the women in our group. It also makes a great little house warming/hostess gift.

Perfect Gift!
I bought this as a Christmas gift for a friend who always makes baked brie for holiday parties. The quality is great and it is perfect for the purpose it serves. This beats the cookie tray she has been cooking the brie on for the last few years!

Great product!
We love baked brie but often don't need the extra calories of puff pastry ... this baker allows you to achieve the same soft, spreadable brie texture without using dough. We made the apple topping recipe that was included ... and really enjoyed it!
