big patch of nonstick coating came off
I have had my Kaiser springform pans for a while. I made a tricolor mousse which goes in the freezer, not the oven, and a big patch of the nonstick coating came off on the mousse. The patch was near the rivets, so I checked my other pans, and several of my Kaiser pans are showing wear at the rivets. I am looking for new springforms now.

So Far So Good
Have not used this pan for the making of a water bath cheesecake yet, but it works fine for other types. Does not stick.

Leaks
Used this am for the first time. It leaks. I now have to scrub out my oven bottom and it is baked on. Cheese cake had to sit in oven 1 hour when done (heat off) so I couldn't get to it sooner. I wraped the pan (per recepie directions) with heavy duty foil so this surprized me.

Nice Springform Pan
Have not used this for a water bath yet. Did make another cheesecake that only called for cooking the crust. Came out very cleanly. Appearance of cheesecake was very nice.
Pan did dent easily though.

Quite an upgrade
Prior to this purchase, I tried to make a cheesecake using the springform pan my mother had gotten as a wedding gift 30 years ago. The pan was leaky and the cheesecake did not turn out well. With this new pan, I have never had any problems--it is wonderful and I know my desserts will turn out perfect each time.

Great pan!
I have used a less expensive springform pan, and I can tell you for sure that a high quality pan like this one makes all the difference in the world. My cheesecakes come out absolutely perfect. No leakage, and perfectly baked. I bought two, and love them. Btw, the Crate and Barrel Kaiser Springform is significantly less expensive than the Kaiser offered by a competitor......

Great Product
I make a lot of three layer cakes and it is extremely difficult to frost them after they've gotten stuck to the pan. This pan works great and makes it easy to remove the cake.

worth the investment
have another springform pan which was cheaper in every way-came loose in the oven and never held tight-this one is sturdy and the clamp holds the seal as well as the shape of the cake-well done!

I can't ask for more in a springform pan
This pan makes me want to eat cheesecake all day. It's durable, easily cleaned, and doesn't leak. What more can you ask for in a springform? I haven't found the nonstick coating to come off at all, either, which is always a plus.

Amazing Indeed
I never knew why I hated making cakes so much until I bought a springform... now I realized that I only hated baking cakes because I had terrible pans. This made it easy to make a beautiful cake, every time!

Great pan!
Used this for the first time on Christmas Eve - made an ice cream cake. The sides slipped off effortlessly with no "stickage" of the crust. It is very easy to refit the ring on the base. Also, no crust stuck to the bottom either. Great pan for a great price!

Bakes beautiful cakes
I had never baked anything in a springform pan before this one, but this pan was outstanding. It did not stick at all, the seal on the bottom was tight, and the cake turned out very well, baked evenly all the way through. Now I can't wait to make cheesecake!

Easy removal
Great Spring form pan. These pans make it very easy to make a wonderful cheese cake or crumble and keep the shape. they are easily removable and do really well in the dishwasher.

Cake made easy
When the description says non-stick, tey mean it. So far absolutely nothing sticks to these pans. Great for bakers. I wish the mini springform was slightly bigger so that it looked better on top of a larger cake.
