GREAT QUALITY PRODUCT
Love this juicer. I have wanted to get one for a long time, but never knew what kind to get. I finally took the plunge w/this Breville. It is wonderful. Not fun to clean up, but I don't think any are. Other than that though, it works wonderfully and would recommend it time and time again!

Very nice!!!
Easy to use, easy to clean and it does what it supposed to do. It gives all the juice possible from fruit and vegetables. I totally recommend this juicer.

Best purchase
We bought this about a month ago, and my whole family is hooked on health! My three year old son loves watching me juice every morning, and prefers to drink "juice" instead of any other beverage. Crate and Barrell was totally helpful in getting my family our juicer (it was on back order at most other places!). The only negative that I have to say about juicing is that I've been unknowingly walking around with an orange "mustache" because of the carrots we use in most of our recipes. Ha! Make sure you double check before you leave your house!

Best juicer out there!
This is a fantastic juicer! Simple to use and easy to clean. Best of all, the juice is absolutely delicious! So glad I made this purchase. It is worth every penny!

Best Ever
I am very pleased. I previously had the Jack Lalanne Juicer and it sat for years because the feeder was so small that it was a chore not only to juice but to clean. The Breville juicer by far surpassed all my expectations. I use it daily and juicing is a breeze. The cleanup is fast and easy. I wanted to add more veggies to my diet and the juicer is now a way of life. I use the foodsaver vaccum seal containers to store and preserve my creations. I also use part of the juicing to mix with powdered protein to make excellent smoothies in addition to my mean greens.

Great juicer but hard to clean!
After researching juicers and already knowing what a great product Breville makes we bought the Ikon Juice Fountain. I am very happy with its performance, but it leaves quite a bit of froth from the vegetables and it has 7 parts to clean which is very tedious. Also, the clear plastic was stained from the carrots I used after the first use...? Overall, it is worth it if you make enough juice for a few days so that you don't have to go through the process of cleaning it again :)

Sweet!!
This is the first juicer we have owned and we love it. The seperation of the juice and pulp is superb, it is easy to clean and the juices taste great! We have not had any problems with it bogging down during the juicing either. The wide mouth allows almost everthing in with out having to cut it up. This is a must have and good value for your money.

Juicin' Fool
This juicer is crazy. It shreds the heck out of carrots, pummels apples in seconds and celery is no match. It isn't super loud and the variable speed is perfect for variable fruits.

Into juicing
I have always loved my other Breville equipment, so when I decided to trying juicing it was logical for me to look to see what Breville had to offer. They have many models to choose from, but I finally decided on the Ikon Juice Fountain because it was at the lower price point, but still built with more sturdy materials. The two priced bellow this one, in my opinion, looked more flimsy. I have been juicing for one month now, and find it works great!

Best Juicer
After extensive research on several websites, I chose the Breville. Having been diagnosed with food sensitivities\allergies, I am determined to get my health and strength back. The juicer makes it so much easier to get clean, non-processed, fruit & veg juice. Quick, easy to use & easy to clean.

Excellent
This machine is exactly what I expected it would be. It is fantastic at harder fruits and vegetables, like carrots, apples, and pineapples. It still works quite well on greens, not as well as a masticating juicer might, but it works great. I find for everything except for pulpy fruits I juice in the highest setting, even for greens. It’s very easy to clean and much quieter than my old Juiceman II. The only con seems to be that the blades do dull pretty quickly. This seems to be one of the only down sides of this product in both my personal experience as well as from what I read in reviews.

Awesome Juicer!
A few weeks ago my husband started to talk about buying a juicer. I was fine with it, as I liked the idea of drinking natural juices but did not want to spend a lot of money. I was admiring a juicer for $100.00 that got solid reviews. My husband, however, insisted we spend the extra money and purchase the Ikon. We tracked it down at the C&B in Soho and thanks to sales person who assisted us, we walked out of the store with it. Two weeks later I cannot emphasize enough how happy we are with this purchase. It is a great juicer - easy to clean (This was vital for me, as I recall how difficult it was to clean the juicer my parents had growing up.), not terribly loud as the juicers from my childhood, and like all Breville products, well made. We have a small NYC kitchen and space is an issue. We were happy to make space for this appliance, as it sits elegantly on our counter top. And the juices, have been a great addition to our diet. Another great shopping experience at C&B and another great Breville product.

Fantastic Juicer
I love this juicer and it does a fantastic job juicing leafy greens which surprised me. I highly recommend tho product if you are new to juice. also this product is very easy to clean.

Great product - first time Juicer
Received this unit a week ago. First time juicing. Researched a lot of units and felt this one was receiving some good feedback. So far, love it! It has taken everything I have put into it and made good amounts of juice, very little foam. The unit comes apart simply enough for cleaning and seems to be built well. We'll see as time goes by if the unit stands up to the daily grind, but so far so good. I highly recommend.

Excellent Investment In Your Health
I also purchased this juicer after watching the documentary Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead. (For me, I was concerned more with the nutritional aspect than losing weight. Most Americans do not get enough fruits and veggies in their diet, so juicing is a great way to supplement that.)
After owning it for a month, I find the Breville Ikon has been a great investment. It easily (and tastily) juices a number of fruits and veggies in mere seconds. It even comes with some sample recipes to make delicious soups and sauces.
The only cons to owning this juicer are the clean-up time. It takes about 15 minutes to prep, juice and clean vs. :15 to pour a glass of V8. Also, I can tell that the clear plastic base and pitcher will stain over time.
If you're health-conscious and willing to cleanup right away, this may be a good purchase for you!

Best juicer on the market: BUY ONE
My boyfriend and I watched a movie called, Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead which inspired us to start eating healthier. The movie used a Breville, so we decided to investigate. We shopped around for different juicers, with none proving satisfactory. Most had plastic parts that broke, or motors that died after a year. So we settled on a Breville. Although on the pricey side, we discovered that it was the best model out there with the best reviews across a few different sites. So we waited for one to go on sale and got one. Best. Purchase. Ever. After our first juicing (we did apples, carrots and oranges) we decided we are never going back to bottled juices. Now I use my juicer for all of my recipes calling for juice. And you can juice just about any fruit and veggie! It's so much fun watching it annihilate it into a pulp. It's healthier and tastes SO MUCH BETTER than store-bought. You will know the difference in your mouth and in your waistline. I highly recommend this product for anyone looking to get healthier and lose weight.
