Good for Nori cutting, too.
I sometimes make “Chirashi Sushi” that is casual style Sushi I would say. For that, I need julienned Nori for the garnish. I use these scissors to make that julienned Nori from a sheet of Nori. I can use these scissors not only for Herb cutting but for my Nori cutting.
I wish the width of the each blade is narrower so I can make more thinly julienned Nori for more sophisticated presentation on Chirashi Sushi.

Great gift!
I purchased these to put in my foodie daughter's Christmas stocking--great gift if you are looking for something unusual but totally useful to give to that person who loves to cook using fresh herbs from her garden..she was delighted, and reported they work great!

Great kitchen addition
Very happy with these scissors. They are a great time saver and very easy to use. I grow a variety of my own herbs and quite honestly there were times I just didn't want to bother with all the mincing and chopping. These scissors do a beautiful job and clean up well. I gave them a shot of cooking spray before using to help with clean up.

Great idea & time saver
What a niffy kitchen helper! This scissors is perfect for cutting those fresh herbs! I have a basic herb scissors from another kitchen helper company, but it has one blade and while handy the past few years, still takes awhile to snip all of the herbs I like to use. This scissors, with its multiple blades cuts more quickly and in similar pieces for consistency. Love it!

perfectly chopped herbs every time!
My hat's off to the person who designed this nifty little pair of quadruple blade scissors! I have tried regular kitchen shears and sharp knives yet have been unsuccessful in cutting cilantro, basil, parsley, etc as fine as I wanted but these herb shears make it super easy. I love cilantro but not big chinks of it and these shears give me just the size pieces I want. Be careful - those blades are sharp and yes, herb pieces do get in between the blades but they are not difficult to remove. That little issue is small compared to the wonderful job they do. Love the blade guard- too!

Great for Speedy Prep!
These scissors are good for speedily snipping herbs such as chives, rosemary, and lemongrass. However, the five blades make it difficult to chiffonade basil or mint, because the herb ribbons can get easily caught in between all of the blades.
The five blades are sharp, and do their job well. A bit difficult to clean by hand, but worth it for the great job it does.

Great Gift Idea!
I bought these as a gift for my Dad who is very much into cooking. He was a little weary at first. He considered it cheating because it was too easy to chop up fresh herbs. He absolutely loves them now and shows them off to anyone who comes over for dinner.

FAVORITE KITCHEN GADGET!

Just a Gimmick
Worthless! The herbs get stuck between the blades and takes extra time trying to dig them out. I can't see how they think you can make a flower arrangement or do pruning in the garden! Don't waste your time or money. I Plan on returning this item.

OK
Good except that half the herb leaves get stuck in the scissors. Cut myself when trying to get them into dish from scissors (these are sharp!!). I use them only when I'm adding large quantities of herbs into a dish. Also, hard to avoid the stems of herbs. Overall well-made but just an OK product.

Best gadget ever for fresh cooking
Easy to use and easy to clean. It saves so much time in the kitchen chopping herbs for cooking. You simply cut the herb and it dices and chops perfectly for addition to your cooking. simply wash off and your good to go.

Excellent Kitchen Helper
I purchased this item for my wife, who uses fresh herbs all the time. They make an otherwise tedious task of cutting up herbs rather pleasant and quick. The rubber handles are easy on the hands. The construction is quite solid and you can see the quality is high. The only negative I can see (since I am the one who cleans) is that they are a little difficult to clean, but overall, totally worth the extra effort for the value of this product. I would definitely recommend this product.

Simply love this product
I have always wanted herb scissors but couldn't find any that I thought I would like. These scissors are exactly what I wanted and perform exactly the way I expected them to. Considering buying more for Christmas gifts.

Outstanding
I grew my own fresh herbs in my garden this year and struggled cutting them into salads and recipes with pairing knives. Now I wash the basil, for example, still on the stem and use these awsome herb shears to cut them into bite size pieces right off the stem. They are, by design, difficult to wash, but if done immediately after use, it's easier. I love these things and have already recommended them to friends and family. A must have if you use fresh herbs!
