Great gift!
I purchased this for a family member who loves to cook, and because of the success they have had with the pizza pan, they have turned Friday nights into pizza nights at their house. It is heavy and durable, and the crust cooks evenly on the pan. Much better than a pizza stone.

excellent for home made pizza in std oven
Without having the true brick oven for pizzas and bread, we love this pan for both thin and thick crust homemade pizza. The cast iron allows it to become a crispy crust with the right recipe. It is heavy, but it makes great pizza! Cleaning is relatively easy for sink washing, you just will have a workout :)

Perfect Pizza
My husband is a huge pizza lover and registered for this pan for our wedding. It's cooks any type of pizza, and cooks it crispy and evenly just how we like it. The pan is very pic, and you can put several mini pizzas on there. The only downside, is that it's super heavy, and sometimes I feel like I'm going to drop the hot hot pizza on my feet.. guess I'll have to start pumping some iron.

Great pizza!
We use this for every pizza we cook. Cooks the crust evenly. Very durable and dish washer safe.
It is heavy, but the handles help with portability.

Best Pizza Ever!
I used this pan for the the first time Saturday night and my pizza turned out amazing. I put the pan directly on my my grill and the crust was light, crispy and comparable to any trattoria style pizza. Worth every penny.

Highly Recommended
This is the best pan that I own. I purchased a second pan because one just wasn't enough. I use this pan for pizza, fajitas, nachos and much more. It is so versatile. My son liked it so much, I bought one for him for his birthday.

Missing booklet
I am excited to use this pan, but I did not receive the promised recipe booklet. I had to do a lot of online searching to find the information I was looking for. If any of the happy reviewers has some good tips,please let me know!

Quality pizza pan
Being an avid pizza lover I was anxious to try out this pan. So far it has performed extremely well. We started out by making pizzas using the store bought premade dough and just adding our toppings. The last time we went from scratch using Mario's recipe for pizza dough and we both loved it. Much better than using a premade dough. The only problem was the recipe seemed dry, but I just added water until the consistency was right. The pizza turned out very well for our first time making from scratch. I would recommend this pan to anyone. Very heavy cast iron and it is fairly easy to clean by hand washing.

Gotta Love Cast Iron
I love this pan. First time out with a thin crust pizza it came out wonderfully. I originally bought it to see if it would do artisan bread as well as a stone (mine keep breaking) but haven't given it a try yet. But the pizza crust was amazing. Also used it for roasting veggies and it did wonderfully. C & B's price was much lower than other stores. I am quite fond of cast iron over almost anything so I am sort of partial. But you can really get a good size pizza on this and it does really well.

Great for Indian Food Too
So, my brother and I bought this pan as a gift for our mom on Mother's Day.
It fit perfectly on our normal-size stove top and we use it to make all sorts of Indian things... from Indian dosas (crepes) to many other things.
This pan heats evenly and everyone feels so much better about using cast-iron over nonstick.
I have recommended this product over and over to all my family members and friends. Hope you enjoy it too!

Perfect Pizza every time
Use this pan on a weekly basis for pizza and calzones. Great quality, easy to clean and makes perfect pizza every time. Have had for over three years and it's still as good as new.

Too big for the stove
I used this pan for making Indian crepes(dosas) and was not at all happy the way they came out. The pan is supposed to heat evenly but the outer sides of the crepe took a long time to cook and so the center of the crepe was overcooked/burnt.
The pan is too big for stove top so I am wondering how will anything be ever cooked evenly on it.
I see that the other reviewers have had good experience with this pan when they cooked pizza. So it is possible that this pan is made for pizzas only and not any other kind of cooking.

Great item
Bought this pan for my Son for Christmas and was impressed with the crispness of the crust on the pizza and how the pan kept the pizza warm after it got of the oven that I bought one for myself and my daughter!!!!

Wonderful Pizza!
We recently moved from NY to CA and had a hard time finding good pizza on the West Coast. We registered for the Batali Pizza Pan for our upcoming wedding, and it is one of the most used gifts we received! We can now make delicious pizza at home. The crust comes out perfectly crispy! We want a second one for when we have company over....so good!

Best Pizza Pan
We received this at our wedding shower and it is by far the best pizza pan ever! I thought I would be disappointed because it wasn't a pizza stone but it is much better. The crust is always perfect!
