Helpful with Quick Weeknight Dinner Prep
We love our salad spinner, and use it often. With only two people in our household, we often rinse a lot of lettuce at once, and then use it over several days - the fact that you can pop down the center pump and lock it in place so that the whole bowl fits in the fridge, is very helpful.

Time and Money Saver!
I eat a lot of salads. Before purchasing this I either made a terrible mess trying to wash and dry lettuce or just bought (expense) bagged salads to save myself the hassle.
I am so happy with this purchase. It works perfectly and using it for storing leftover salads keeps everything fresh!

Perfect!
This salad spinner is great- the water is contained in the clear plastic base so it can be used outside of the sink. The press-button spin feature is also extremely easy to use. Received as a wedding shower gift and will be returning the favor. Perfect as a well thought out kitchen staple.

I use this almost every day
I bought this salad spinner for myself and liked it so much that I bought one for my mother and another for my sister. It’s sturdy and I throw the whole thing in the dishwasher.

Must have!
I love this new salad spinner. I had the older spinner which I used every day, but when I got this new see through one, I was so excited. This spinner has it all.. Very easy to use, beautiful and every part comes apart for the dishwasher. I would recommend this spinner to everyone..

does it's job
it definitely gets the water out of salads quick, but the top is a bit snug to get on/off. maybe after some time, it will get easier, but i usually struggle with the lid...

Oxo Salad Spinner
Salad stays fresh for much longer (about 3-4 days longer) after using the spinner. The "brake" on the spinner is also a nifty feature that allows you to stop the spinner easily rather than waiting for it to finish rotating. It's easy to take apart and clean, as well.

Love the OXO Salad Spinner. It is the best spinner I have ever used. After washing my greens, I spin them and enjoy crisp, crunchy salads. The spinner is easy to spin because of the push-down top and greens come out of the spinner crisp and ready for dressing. Other fun feature: it has a brake to stop the spinning. Fresher salads, guaranteed!
My husband had been hankering for a salad spinner for a long time, and we finally purchased this one a few months ago. We are both pleased with the OXO and can't believe it took us so long to get with the program! Lettuce, mixed greens, spinach--it gets everything washed and relatively dry, and keeps it fresher than a bag. (I store lettuce in it for a few days in the fridge.) It's especially useful for a two-person household, since we tend not to eat a whole package of greens right away.

Great salad spinner!
We were looking to replace our ancient salad spinner for a long time, and I have had my eye on the OXO brand spinner for a while, but was worried about the price. Essential investment
How did I get through life without a salad spinner? By eating a lot of dirty lettuce, that's for sure. This spinner is easy to use and easy to clean (turn the basket upside down and scrub/run water on it from the outside to loosen stubborn bits of food). My only complaint is that it takes up a lot of room in the cupboard, but you can always find smaller items to store inside of it. And all that space comes in handy when you're washing a big batch of greens!

Easy, Useful and Time Saving
The days of washing and hand drying my salad greens are over. Now with this wonderful salad spinner I can do this in no time at all. It works like a dream and is great for storing the greens in the refrigerator. They stay so fresh. Also, we are eating salads practically every night since the greens are always ready to go. This product is ideal for all your fresh berries too. Love it !!!

Best salad spinner!
My last salad spinner shattered when I dropped it in the sink. This wasn't the end of the world to me because I really hated that salad spinner! I love Crate and Barrel so I went there to get a new, expecting high quality from their products. This salad spinner is the best! It feels so much more durable; I don't have to hold it in a headlock-ish position and spin with my other hand like my last spinner. This takes only a few pumps and it spins on its own for a little bit. It's great, and I use it everyday since we eat a fresh salad every night.
Definitely a good purchase!
