Perfect addition to the office!
A great way to wean me off of my coffee addiction, this beautiful addition to my office is divine!
Easy to use and very quiet, I will probably buy a second one for my home.

Quality that lasts
We've had this for a few years now and it works just as well as the day we bought it. We use it pretty much everyday, often a half dozen times per day. The original purpose was to be able to make tea faster, but we've found we use it far more often than that. The cordless carafe is an absolute must-have. I don't know what we would do if we had to go back to life without it.

Smart looking & functional
This is a smart looking & straightforward to use electric kettle.
Alot of electric kettles seemed to be over engineered for my needs - I did not need varying temperatures. The over engineering made other electric kettles look visually cluttered.
This is sleek looking & more importantly does a quick job at boiling water - I am very satisfied.

Love this!
We registered for this for our wedding. It is seriously amazing. It's sleek, stylish, and fast. I use it more often for boiling water for cooking (pasta, etc) than I do for making tea. Cuts the time to boil significantly and heats up my kitchen less. I highly recommend this product!

Love this!
Last summer my former electric kettle was on it's last legs. I couldn't find an acceptable one on the market. Most had so many plastic parts that I gave up the search and stuck with my old one as long as I could. It finally died in November. Luckily I found this one! I've had this Breville for over 5 months now and I could not be happier. It's solid, it's simple, it heats quickly, has minimal plastic parts. I like the lit view showing how much water is in it, and it's handy that it stays on even when I pour from it before it's finished heating. A great product!

How did I survive without it?
I received the breville electric tea kettle several years ago as a gift. I'm a big tea drinker and I have no idea how I functioned before I had this. It's fast, easy to use and just perfect. I use it several times a day and it's held up perfectly. I would recommend it to anyone who drinks tea regularly.

Great electric kettle
I purchased this for my mom after hers went... she LOVES this, the design, just really everything about it. I just want to point out kindly that electric kettles are going to be/supposed to be hot to the touch (no matter which one it is!), so recommend to handle it by the handle only! This one is so much more quieter than the last one she had too. It's great, I'd recommend it to whomever is looking for a good one!

Great
This kettle does everything it suppose to do, it boils water fast, it looks good. We have being using it only for couple months and so far it is great. And that smell that you get in the kettles at the beginning went away after a second boil.

big design flaw
We were looking to replace an electric kettle that we had for a long time but that I dropped and broke. We liked the look of this and the sales associate says it boils water really fast. I was quickly disappointed by a number of design flaws:
1. the entire kettle gets crazy hot! The entire metal body gets so hot it will burn you. I was just wiping down the counter tops quite a while after boiling water and my finger grazed the side wall and it burned me.
2. our other kettle shut itself off when you picked it up, this one doesn't, which means if you set it back down it will start boiling the water again.
3. it's got an adorable bell that dings when the water is boiling, but the bell jingles all the time. When you're carrying it, the bell jingles a little.
4. I know stainless steal gets dirty easily, but this is impossible to keep clean.
I absolutely do not recommend this product. They should have had more tests run and flaws worked out before releasing this in the first place. That's probably why it's been on sale for months and months.

Excellent Electric Kettle
I've used this product for about two weeks and it's terrific. I like the push button to
open the lid for filling. I fill it up to the top so I
have a full pot of water for a teapot. It takes about 7 minutes when full to boil. The on/off switch is very efficiently located. I love the design of the kettle and handle. For those with all stainless kitchens and granite, the sleek design is perfect. The non slip handle is also very effective, especially when full

Fast a morning lifesaver
Living with a Brit I have come to really enjoy my morning cup of P.G. Tipps. This kettle with its nice design and fast boil allows me to have a cuppa even when I am running late.

Reliable
Been using this kettle for 3 years and it still works just as well, just as fast. Looks great, and the stainless has maintained its great shine inside and out!

Unbelievably useful
Aside from quickly boiling water for tea, there are so many uses for hot water around the kitchen and an electric kettle makes it a snap. The fact that it's cordless makes it presentable to bring to the table.

Must have in the cold!
I have had my breville kettle for 6 mos. and LOVE it. If you are a tea drinker it is a must have. Especially during the winter. It is super quick. The only thing you have to know is that it is a little loud. Your kettle sounds like a rocket ship getting ready for take off....but the quick efficiency is worth it!

the most needed item in my kitchen
I love this easy to use and beautifully made
kettle. I use it many times every day - to boil water for coffee, tea, pasta etc. It's sturdy!

Good Kettle but be careful
I received this kettle as a wedding gift. It is really very nice and has a lovely shape. The one caveat to owning this kettle is that the exterior becomes incredibly hot when the water boils. I would not use it if I had small children. I have had other kettles that still remained cool to the touch.

great item for our office tea drinkers. We used all the time. The best is that it automatic turns off. Heats the water very fast.

Excellent Product
I purchased this product about a month ago and have been very happy with it. It is well made, easy to use and it can absolutely boil water in 60 seconds flat. Making jello, having a cup of tea or heating water for any recipe is so easy. I don't have kids but this would be great way to heat water to warm a baby's bottle. This appliance has saved me from having to use the microwave or the stovetop to boil water.
