Enameled in a eucalyptus-inspired hue, this grey-green French oven cooks evenly and efficiently and resists chipping. Its signature matte-black enamel interior excels at braising, roasting and caramelizing, and is scratch resistant and easy to clean. To ensure moist and flavorful results, the unique spiked lid topped with a brass knob creates a rain-forest effect that returns juices back on the food for continuous, natural basting. The French oven goes from stove to oven to table for a gorgeous presentation.
